Danang City is in the process of preparation for the 36th ASEAN Summit expected to take place in early April, 2020. Amidst the anti-epidemic situation of Covid – 19 in the world, Da Nang is also making daily efforts on the preparation to help the event to be taken place successfully on year of ASEAN chairmanship 2020.
ASEAN chairmanship 2020 is an important political and external event for the whole country. The theme of this ASEAN meeting is “Connecting and proactively adapting” to 300 conferences, operating in 10 provinces and cities across the North – Central – South region, with the main focus being the ASEAN Summit. The 36th takes place in April 2020 in Da Nang and the 37th will be in Ha Noi.
